Hi! I’m Angelica, a cancer survivor, a Certified Nutritional Practitioner with other trainings and in a new stage of life called postmenopause.
This is my story…
Several years ago, I faced one of the most difficult moments of my life — a breast cancer diagnosis. My daughter had just started high school, and one morning she asked me quietly if I was going to die. That question pierced my heart, but it also became my turning point. I promised her — and myself — that I would do everything I could to heal. That promise led me to explore the profound connection between food, lifestyle, and the body’s ability to recover. What began as a simple daily green juice evolved into a deeper journey of healing and discovery. When my post-surgery results showed that no further treatments were needed, I knew that something powerful had shifted — and that food and lifestyle had played a vital role in that transformation.
Determined to understand how the body truly heals, I immersed myself in study and training, earning certifications as a Holistic Health Coach, Raw Food Chef, and Certified Nutritional Practitioner. Along the way, I began to connect the dots between my past experiences — years of stress, emotional strain, and ignored symptoms — and the physical imbalances that had culminated in illness. Through my education and personal healing, I discovered that when we support the body at its root level, it has an incredible capacity to restore balance and vitality.
Now, more than 20 years cancer-free, I’ve entered the postmenopausal stage of life — a new chapter that brought its own set of changes and challenges.
